"An absolutely fantastic experience. I cannot find a single fault with the hotel and it's staff. They have been accommodating to my family and young daughter. A great place for families with plenty to do. Our flight arrived very early and the staff helped us with an early check-in which was very much appreciated. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was impeccably clean throughout all areas. I have already booked to come back here again next year. Highly recommended"

"We just returned from a 3-night staycation at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough for families.
From the moment we booked until the moment we left, the experience was flawless. The difference was in the details…specifically the pre-arrival call from Basma and the incredible in-room setup (the tent, the personalized bears, and the cake for my niece). It was thoughtful and executed to perfection.
The facilities remain stunning (views, pools, and beach), and we loved dining at Nuska Beach. Special kudos to GM Kirti Anchan; the elevated service standards and overall vibe were noticeable and appreciated.
One small suggestion: We would love to see a few more options added to the in-room dining menu in the future.

About the hotel
We had a wonderful two-week stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. This was our second time here—we stayed for ten days almost ten years ago—and the quality of service has remained consistently excellent.
From the reception to the restaurants, every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay comfortable. Their kindness and attention to detail made a strong impression on us.
There were, however, two small drawbacks during our stay. There was ongoing work downstairs, which created some noise in the mornings. Although the team kindly apologized—and we appreciate that—we did miss the quiet mornings and the sound of birds we had enjoyed during our previous visit. Additionally, the Beach Bar was not as lively as it used to be.
Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was highly positive. The hospitality, the staff, and the service all remain exceptional, and we left with beautiful memories once again. We look forward to returning in the future."
