A big thank you to Vishal for his wonderful hospitality and to Isnop, who looked after us so well, took our order, and served everything with great attention and care. Even without a prior booking, the team managed to give us outdoor seating with a beautiful Burj Khalifa view, which made our evening extra special.
The staff were genuinely customer-focused. Although they were quite busy and couldn’t attend to us right away, they noticed it themselves and surprised us with a complimentary dessert cake such a thoughtful gesture!
Everything the food, service, and view was just perfect. Highly recommend Mausam Restaurant to anyone visiting Dubai Mall."
