The cleanliness of the rooms was many thanks to our housekeeper on Level 13 in the hotel, who was a lovely kind gentleman who always ensured that our room was clean. He never knocked to wake us up and must have monitored the time we went to breakfast as when we arrived back to our room it was spotless! The hotel was decorated for Christmas and it added a lovely festivity to our stay in the lovely weather. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend to family and friends, from Room 1316!"

"We spent a wonderful stay at the Rixos JBR in Dubai this November, and from start to finish it truly lived up to its 5-star reputation. The hotel wasn’t very crowded during our visit, which made the experience even more relaxing.
The service throughout the entire hotel was exceptional — from the restaurants to room service, every staff member went above and beyond. A special mention goes to Muthyam, whose outstanding service really made a difference during our stay.
The pool area has a loud, energetic beach-club vibe with music that, even for us, felt a bit too loud at times. Luckily, the beach offers quieter spots where you can relax without the noise.
