"1) Decor and views, simply stunning. 2) Ground floor staff and security - top notch, I felt safe and they were very friendly. 3) Reception desk staff - very friendly. 4) Breakfast has a good variety - the deck is breathtaking. 5) Rooftop bar is stunning. 6) Quality of laundry was excellent, clothes were cleaned carefully and were returned with a beautiful scent. 7) Bedding, bath gowns and slippers, very beautiful and always very neat."

"Had a great experience with Haitham at SLS. He was very attentive and helpful and kind. He explained my bill clearly and thoroughly during the check out process. He was also very welcoming and a joy to interact with. Will definitely be returning to experience more of this great customer service!
The hotel was also great. The food at the rooftop pool/lounge was delicious and the music was also great. When we arrived, our room was not available and they offered to hold our bags so that we could experience the various amenities and services. It was a very customer centric approach and it is truly appreciated. Thanks SLS team for making it a great stay!"
