"We recently stayed at Sofitel Dubai The Palm for a week and had a wonderful experience overall, especially thanks to the amazing staff who truly made our holiday memorable.
We visited Hong Loong twice during our stay because the food and service were exceptional. A special thank you to Wilbert, Sharman, Christine, and Simran for their warm hospitality and consistent service — they made both of our visits outstanding.
During our stay, we also tried every restaurant at the hotel. While all were good, Hong Loong and The World Eatery really stood out as top-notch in terms of food quality and service.
Housekeeping, however, was initially disappointing. We eventually had to raise our concerns with the management. After that, Antonio and Alona went above and beyond to turn things around and ensure the second half of our holiday was smooth and comfortable. We sincerely appreciate their effort.
Many thanks to Clara, Mohit, and the entire Manava Restaurant team for being incredibly attentive and accommodating to our dietary restrictions.
A special thank you as well to the Premier Lounge management, who added an extra layer of comfort and care to our stay.

A special thank-you to Demcy from housekeeping and his colleagues—they were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Their care truly made our stay even more comfortable.
We also want to mention Jayson, whom we noticed both at the front of house and during breakfast. He was always so polite, warm, and lovely—his friendly attitude made our mornings even brighter.
The food was delicious in every eatery we tried, with so much variety and consistently high quality. We were especially impressed by the fantastic service at Maui on the beach, where the staff always welcomed us with a smile and genuine hospitality.
