The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and looking out over the Palm Jumeirah and the city skyline was a highlight every single day. Even better is the experience at the rooftop pool. While it's managed by a third party, the panoramic view you get of the Palm and the surrounding area from up there is completely worth it and made for some fantastic afternoons.

What really set this stay apart, though, was the service at the front desk, specifically from Catherina and Marina. They are the absolute best! A very special thanks goes to our Butler, Pranit Bhojane, who took such great care of me and my son throughout our stay. He surprised us with a thoughtful gift of delicious dates and baklava in our room, which made our experience even more memorable. His kindness and attention to detail really made us feel at home.
