"Brand new area of Dubai. Very residential, very beautifull. The artificial beach is gorgeous. People are friendly. Rooms are comfortable and good size. They only need to improve their signage. When arriving at Dubai creek at the first roundabout it says P3 hotel & residents. But its not hotel parking! Also not the other parkings. You have to continue until you have a roundabout and then keep right to go up a level. No signs here at all! They only have valet parking. So park in front of the hotel. Also at 22:30 the staff was really pushy to pay at the bar and leave apparently. They also started taking away the lamps etc. Otherwise this hotel would get 5 stars."
