"Visit during Sunset is completely your choice. You'll get a dramatic lighting, a changing sky and a strong wow factor from the elevation. Try to arrive before 5:30 pm so that you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. After sunset it become really dark. The road to Rest area is highly elevated and be safe while driving through the hair pins. Overall Al Suhub is a beautiful spot that deliver on views."

"We went here early morning to watch the sunrise after seeing it on Instagram reels. The view was absolutely stunning and worth it, but unlike what we saw online, there was no fog or cold weather when we visited — it felt like a normal temperature, similar to other areas.
Maybe there are certain days with fog and cooler temps, but we didn’t get that experience. Still, the sunrise view was super beautiful and totally worth seeing once.
Just a heads-up — parking charges are quite high: AED 20 for the first hour, and AED 60 for the next two hours and onwards."

"🌄 Al Shuhub Rest Area – The Best Viewpoint in Khorfakkan!
Al Shuhub Rest Area is truly one of the best spots to enjoy the full panoramic beauty of Khorfakkan. From the top, you get a stunning view of the mountains, sea, and city — all in one frame! The area is clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing, taking photos, or just enjoying a quiet moment in nature.
There’s also a small café where you can grab coffee or snacks while enjoying the cool breeze and scenic surroundings. Just keep in mind that there’s a parking fee, so plan accordingly if you’re spending some time at the top."
