- ladies day available
- privacy level higher than other waterpark (ladies day) no phone to be used for privacy reason
- discount cards accepted (better to purchase on spot to avail discount)
- people with disabilities have privileges (check this point the person and guardian could benefit from this)
- electric vehicle parking available
- fun level for the rides are high
- queues are moving fast
- most of rides accepting the kids
- prayer room available in the park and inside the waterpark
- washrooms and family washroom available with good cleaning level
- staff were friendly and assisted us whenever required
- lifeguard could manage fainting case

- no tickets for maid
- +120cm considered adult for tickets, but in the ride they didnt accept them as they are kids!
- better description required (shall buy ticket and then they informed me that I shall buy locker to keep the phone, when I entered they informed that you can top up the bracelets if you don’t want to carry cash)
- F&B outlets closes earlier than the park timing
- I would suggest providing additional tubes for the rides to fit the demand"
