I had a terrible experience with this jet ski rental company. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that they were disorganized and unprofessional. They promised us a full session, but we barely got half the time we paid for. When we complained, they were rude and refused to refund anything.
Even worse, they tried to charge us for “damages” that clearly weren’t our fault – the jet ski was already in poor condition. This felt like a scam, and after reading other reviews, I realized this has happened to others too.
⚠️ Be very careful – this company is not trustworthy. Do NOT give them your money. There are many better and more honest rental services out there. Stay away!"
