The attitude is cold and unwelcoming，whenever you ask a question, they barely look up from the computer, show no interest, and never smile. It feels like they are trying to avoid helping rather than supporting residents.
Communication from Chantel has been especially unprofessional. Her emails are often filled with spelling mistakes and unclear wording, which creates unnecessary confusion and forces us to repeat the same explanations again and again. Most replies do not answer the questions we actually ask; instead, they are vague, generic, and completely unhelpful. After two months of trying to resolve simple issues, there has been zero progress.
If you’re looking for a building with a supportive, reliable, and professional concierge team, I would strongly advise you to think twice. The service here has been frustrating, inefficient, and nothing like what a resident should expect."
