"A little Walk Between Mountain Ash to Penrhiwceiber. Down by the River. While out An Angler Caught a fish forgot to ask which One but great actually see someone catch something. Magical. There was a lonesome duck took a short video."
Stuart Davies
"Fantastic walk and views of the cascades of the river taff. This trail is where Richard Trevithick trail begins past the fire station at Abercynon and onto Merthyr Tydfil. It's such a pity that the bridge has been removed that would take you back into Abercynon, but the rest of the path is just as impressive, with an artist called Jobsey showing his artwork of a painted eye. Fantastic. Just beyond this is the weir and opposite is steps that lead to the main road and another trail at Fiddlers Elbow. Continuing straight along gets you to Quakers Yard and then onto Pontygwaith bridge and picking up the trail to B&Q Merthyr Tydfil. Fabulous walk and lots of wildlife along the Riverside."
