"Pitstone Hill is a glorious trail to navigate simply because of the pristine panoramic views it offers and the sense of peace and tranquil being amongst such beauty. The trails are clearly marked out and though there are multiple paths from the car park, you will never truly feel lost as no matter how far you go, you can always locate the starting point and of course there is also the aforementioned markers. It's a trail I intend to return to in the Summer as I can only imagine how stunning the views must be bathed in golden late afternoon sunlight - bliss. Whether for hiking, photography or simply a place to have tea and sandwich with a view, you can't go far wrong than Pitstone Hill. Oh, and do look out for the Windmill - you can't miss it."

"Pitstone Hill or (for those in the know...) Paul's Knob is a wonderful place to visit. I've been lucky enough to see Paul's Knob on many occasions and it's a sight to behold. The only downside of Paul's Knob is that once you've ascended it's girthy nature you've got to come back down. I can recollect one night it was raining and I was clambering around and slipped and got a bit of knob in my mouth, suffice it to say Paul's Knob didn't taste very nice, you see...other people had also tasted Paul's Knob. I felt a little dirty."

"We went up there to watch the sunset, and what a view. Well worth the short climb. And the kestrels just hover above you."
