Links to routes to Edinburgh via the canal and into Livingston and a continuous off road, approx 14 mile,loop through parks and along the railway path around Livingston. Spectacular views from the numerous bridges over the river almond including the very high viaduct."

"Lovely place to come and take a walk - you have several different routes you can take. There's a play park for kids, BBQ area, woodland walks, walks by the water. There is a visitor centre that sells coffee and ice cream; but the last time I went it was cash only. Sheep (shut farmers gates behind you), horses and now I've noticed 2 highland cows as well! ☺️☺️
The walk I do is often 45 minutes along a stream to find Lins mill to see the barges etc, the sheep, cows and then another 45 minutes back!"
