"Lovely place to come and take a walk - you have several different routes you can take. There's a play park for kids, BBQ area, woodland walks, walks by the water. There is a visitor centre that sells coffee and ice cream; but the last time I went it was cash only. Sheep (shut farmers gates behind you), horses and now I've noticed 2 highland cows as well! ☺️☺️

The walk I do is often 45 minutes along a stream to find Lins mill to see the barges etc, the sheep, cows and then another 45 minutes back!"

KirstenSarah Logan

"Beautiful for a short or long walk, dog loved it, nice cool off in the river.

Had people visiting from Alaska and even they thought it was really lovely"
