Nottingham Walks

Hi all, am looking for a nice place to walk in the mid afternoon over the next few days. If you have any suggestions around Nottingham/Beeston that would be great. Tend to go on walks and get lost but would be nice to see where everyone else goes. Thanks

Best places for Wildlife in Nottinghamshire?

I’m near Sherwood Forest and whilst I get lucky occasionally and see the odd deer or flash of something else dashing across the footpath I can’t help but feel I might have better luck elsewhere - is Sherwood Pines any more “active” or any fields/woodland around the area?

"Great location for a stroll, the day I visited had clear reflections of all the beautiful clouds in the water.
Shortest walk around the reserve is 1.9 miles.
It was busy with people at least every 10m and cyclists on the paths but that's to be expected for a Sunday.
