Reviews Summary

Barnes Bridge is lauded as a charming and understated gem offering beautiful riverside views and a peaceful atmosphere. Visitors appreciate the scenic walks, historic pubs, and the unique experience of watching trains cross the bridge. While it can get a bit narrow when busy, its tranquil setting makes it a delightful escape.

"A lovely and understated bridge that’s essential now that Hammersmith bridge is shut for repairs.

This is a passenger and rail bridge tho, so no cars. The brick/concrete struts seem quite old but the metal work too seems more modern...not sure it is but it looks that way. Nice little stone seats on each end.

Little bit narrow so if it’s busy may be a bit of a squeeze.

Great views!"

"Barnes Bridge, I didn't get any proper good photos off but feels as if you are by the seaside, It is a very hidden lesser known part of London that anyone who loves a bit of peace would enjoy! The Bridge has an amazing view of trains and I found it to be an excellent place to have a walk around."
