"Second time we’ve been here. Pot of tea is great, however, they advertise ‘luxury sandwiches” which are in fact paninis!!
Service very slow and prices are quite high.
Great for a cake and cuppa but would t recommend it for anything else."

"One of my favourite places in Worthing and I go here often with my dog. My 3 year old granddaughter loves coming here too and particularly loves the squirrels and the pigeons. Lots of shade on hot days and plenty of benches. It's a great place to relax. Full of mature trees and lovely flowerbeds with plenty of grass for picnicking"
