"Falling apart a bit but then probably hard to maintain due to location. Its a massive windmill, there is a sign outisde they can flip over saying open or closed to the public so may be open sometimes. Lots of space to moor boats. Space to picnic but no benches or tables. 15 mins slow walk from the train station."
