"Birchen edge is a nice easy short walk with great views. It also has its own pay and display car park .
There is however a short steep rocky uphill section of approximately 50 metres which is near the start of the walk . The walk can be a circular which takes you across the edge top and also along the bottom with views looking up to the edge . While visiting Nelson's monument and the three ships ( Victory Defiance and Royal sovereign) you may also encounter some climbers practiceing their hobby . A little further the Trig point can be found.
All in all a great easy short walk with nice views and a few things to see along the way !"
