"A lovely area on natural beauty for what ever reason your here. Walking, running, rambling, cycling picnics, etc, absolutely huge area. I visited again for the Birmingham Running Festival. 13.1 miles of natural country side, a good amount of parking and well sign posted."

"Lovely place for a family walk and a picnic. There is free parking at the visitor centre, although the carpark isnt in the best condition! (There are plenty of other parking areas around the park) There are toilets inside the visitor centre and the small cafe near the gates. It has a small play park for younger children and an ice-cream van usually appears. We had some lunch in the cafe which was nice and reasonable priced. The park is huge and beautiful, you can't cover the whole area in one day!"
