Shame carparks dont do take a ticket pay on leave as hard to judge how long u want. We got our river walk done in 3hrs thankfully.

"Nice place to go for walk with dogs, child, run and get some nice bite in Tribute. Skate park and play area also available. Very closed to castle and city centre. Car park available in few places. One of them free of charge. Huge area of green fields. Connection to the cycling paths too."
