"My two teens had a great time doing the sky wire. Excellent enthusiast staff. Great experience highly recommended."

"Unfortunately we didn’t have the experience we were hoping for. ( Booked for around 5pm on 28.7.25). We were really looking forward to the experience as we all usually love anything ‘thrill seeking’. The initial ‘booking in’ staff were friendly and professional; however after this point our experience went downhill !
On arrival to zip wire tower we were given the equipment and then advised to walk up to the top of the zip wire tower to meet the members of staff who would be ‘facilitating’ the experience. At the top of the tower we were met by 2 members of staff. My partner and I decided to go first out of our group and we were hooked on etc by staff members into the horizontal flight position. There was then a delay of approximately 15 minutes. We later found out from this was due to a ? Puk change / repair/ a fairly common issue / something that needs to be done regularly and would have normally taken only a few minutes, however if was newer member of staff doing the change/ repair.
Unfortunately during this delay the staff members that were present did not explain this despite us being suspended in an extremely uncomfortable position for a long time. I raised 2-3 times that I was very uncomfortable in the position I was in due to pressure on my collarbones/ shoulder / lower back but was initially told that this would be relieved once we were released / in flight. Finally after staff were eventually told there would be a further delay they offered to relieve us and stand us up again.
During the delay the 2 staff members ( 1 female/ 1 male) were talking and ‘bantering’ between themselves ( making very inappropriate ‘jokes’ and very much informing us of their lack of knowledge and experience). In most circumstances we would let this go ‘over our heads’ but given the delay and anxiety that this led to we wanted to highlight this also. A few comments that stuck in our mind was that they said they had only worked there for 2 days ( very inexperienced considering they were responsible for making sure we were safe). Whilst my partner and I were uncomfortably suspended they also laughed and joked that “atleast it was a good view” and that they have “never known anyone to have scraped a dead body off the floor yet”. We would normally make light of this but the whole delay/ clear of experience and knowledge did make us extremely anxious ( I did voice this at the time as I explained I do not normally get anxious).
We were finally resuspended and sent down the zip wire; overall it was enjoyable but very short and not a very comfortable ride particularly as my collarbone / shoulders and lower back were really aching by this point! ( bear in my mind I’m in my 30s and a healthy weight etc). My partner found the experience extremely uncomfortable due to severe lower back pain following the prior delay so did not enjoy the experience. My father in law did also say he found the experience to be very uncomfortable as the position he was placed in made it extremely difficult to look forward / move his neck and therefore he was only able to look down during the ride and not ahead!
My partner did report our experience on the day and we spoke to the manager in charge who seemed very good / logged the complaint and she was extremely apologetic. It seemed like our points were going to be taken seriously which we were pleased with as we don’t want this happening to anyone else. She did say we would have contact from the head office but we are yet to receive any contact as of yet.
Overall we think there needs to be a massive improvement in communication between staff members and customers. Further training and procedures around delays/ repairs/ communication skills/ appropriateness of skill mix.
On a positive note whilst we were on the zip wire experience my mother in law took my younger daughter on the rock climbing and she had a great time and was guided by a lovely ( male ) member of staff ? called ‘Lambarti’ who instilled confidence in my daughter and he was so lovely so we wanted to also acknowledge him :)"

"What a fantastic experience. Every team member greets you with enthusiasm and expertise. They clearly love what they do, and it shows—in their smiles, their energy, and their unwavering commitment to making your zipwire ride unforgettable.
Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned zipwire enthusiast, the staff tailor their guidance to your comfort level. They patiently answer all questions, double-check your harness, and even share tips for the best riding posture.
Scheduling is seamless. Your group is guided through each stage—briefing, gearing up, and launching—with military precision, yet without feeling rushed. Despite a full roster of adventurers, there’s no waiting around. The transitions between riders are swift, ensuring everyone gets maximum airtime without delays.
If you’re seeking an adrenaline rush wrapped in professionalism and genuine hospitality then go for it"
