"I first spotted this lovely church from the river on a boat trip a while back. Parts of it date back to the 12th century. Its only a short walk from the free car park and feels like it's in the middle of nowhere..you get a great sense of it's age once inside, very peaceful (apart from Heathrow aircraft overhead) you can stroll along the Thames path in either direction.. plenty of warning signs to say car park gates are locked at 4pm. Even in Summer.."
