This allows responsible campers to pitch a tent for a night in the open country, fostering a deep connection with nature. However, this right is not absolute and comes with responsibilities. TikTok

When planning to wild camp, it's crucial to follow the guidelines set by the Dartmoor National Park Authority. This typically includes camping away from roads and settlements, leaving no trace, and being considerate of other users and the environment. The #SaveDartmoor movement highlights the importance of preserving these rights for future generations. TikTok
