"Lovely little island with ruins of St Cennydd's Chapel, just off the beach. You need to watch the tide though, as it will cut you off from the shore very quickly. I walked over from the northern car park, across the sand dunes. Very pretty with lots of wild flowers but quite long and challenging going up and down. Walking along the beach from the southern car park might have been better."
