The location is excellent, just a short walk from Edinburgh Castle. The building itself is full of amazing illusions, interactive exhibits, and fun experiences that are enjoyable for both adults and children. Every floor has something new to explore, from mind-bending mirrors and holograms to optical tricks that will keep you entertained for hours.
One of the highlights is the rooftop, where you get a breathtaking view of the city. From up there you can see the whole of Edinburgh, including the castle, the old town, and the surrounding hills. It’s a fantastic spot for photos and gives you a real sense of the beauty of the city.
The only downside is that parking near the attraction is very difficult, so it’s best to come on foot or use public transport. Once you are inside, though, it is absolutely worth the visit.
