"We had an incredible time at Cardiff White Water. We had to rearrange from last year and they were really accommodating, which we really appreciated. Check-in was super easy and we completed the waiver beforehand, which made everything smooth and quick when we arrived. The whole experience was really well run.
Our instructor Katie was brilliant. She was clear, fun, and genuinely seemed to enjoy the session with us. There were four of us in the boat and we got loads of runs down the rapids. The staff were quick and efficient getting us in and out of the water, so we spent maximum time actually on the rapids rather than waiting around.
It’s a great thing to do with a group. Really good fun, well organised, and something a bit different. I’d definitely recommend it and would do it again without a doubt."
