"Spent £30 on two wristbands for two 10 year olds, and within 10 mins of being here, we have been told 4 separate rides they wanted to go on weren't working, or seat belts weren't functioning.
I had to pull the kids off one of the horse carousel rides before it started in place of the staff, because the kids shouted the belts didn't work. They were faulty, and staff didn't check before going to start the ride.
Staff at the ticket office refused a refund, within 15 minutes of our purchase, and denied any rides were faulty despite the fact that we could see two faulty rides from where we were standing.
The bumper cars weren't all working, but for some reason, one was occupied by a staff member whilst children with wristbands stood around being told they couldn't go on. The cars frequently stopped dead whilst people were in them, and staff didn't seem interested in helping or doing anything.
Having teenagers who do not understand safety issues, whilst being responsible for children, is dangerous."

"Decent fun park for small kids. Under 10s I would say. Also dog friendly - not the water park. Wristbands are fair price, went on all of the rides about twice. Staff on the rides are friendly and helpful.
Negatives- unhelpful girl in the ticket office, just rude. One word answers. We visited slightly out of season (mid July) and the opening times were till 6pm so we went off the beach at 5 to have a couple more rides. They shut at 5 so we then had upset children. Would it hurt to have a chalkboard with accurate times on?"
