"Hot day.
Was competing in area. Needed a shady walk for dogs.
Beautiful memories of my childhood"

"This place is beautiful. There is free parking. However, all the toilets were shut, and with 3 little ones, it meant we had to leave earlier than planned as they needed the loo. We drove to another car park but the toilets were shut too. Which was disappointing.
The paths are not wheelchair friendly as there are stairs and narrow pathways through the bushes and forest. We managed a short walk but turned back as it was exhausting with a pram.
There are beautiful views from the top of the stairs, but unfortunately, people had picnics and left their rubbish behind, and there were flies everywhere, so we couldn't fully enjoy the spot. Would have loved to have sat down and enjoyed the space.
There are a few picnic tables near the car park. All shaded under the tree, makes a nice spot on a hot day."
