The calming scent and the presence of bees and butterflies add to the immersive sensory experience. Many highlight the well-organized layout, reasonable entry fee, and the availability of picnic spots and unique lavender-themed treats. "Beautiful place to visit. The smell just hits you its lovely and the hum of bees are everywhere. Lavender is in abundance as well as the wild flower meadows Lots of places to sit down and rest some under shade picnic tables are plenty. The trail through the woods is as much fun for adults as well as the kids looking out for things to find. I recommend this place to definitely visit. It is so well thought out with the "layout " and the entry price is very reasonable"

"This place exceeded expectations for me. It was absolutely beautiful and I was in photo heaven. They have clear maps and signage to help guide you. There are easy to follow paths to walk through the flowers in ways that give great photos but also protect the plants. Admission was by card only. Inside and outside the entrance are portable toilets. These were very clean when we were there (impressively so). It’s a huge space so even though a tour bus arrived at the same time, it didn’t interfere with our experience. There is a stand with souvenirs (lavender themed obviously!) and snack and drinks. Lots of picnic tables to sit and enjoy. Absolutely lovely in every way."

"I visited "Cotswold Lavender" on 17th July 2025. Had a lot of hot, dry weather recently which is perfect for lavender. It was spectacular! The flowers were alive with bees and butterflies, which was wonderful to see. Not just lavender, but lots of other flowers to see too. The wild flower meadow was also wonderful to see. A spectacular sea of colour. Well worth a visit. There is a little shop on site, selling hot and cold drinks, cake, ice cream and lavender products. There is also a distillery, but I didn't see that, as time ran out and we had to go. The site is dog friendly, and there are quite a few picnic benches if you fancy stopping for lunch. All in all a lovely day out, located in a beautiful location."
