"Crookes Valley Park is close to Weston Park but quite different in style. It’s reached by dropping down to the park from Crookes Valley Road and is then pretty flat.
It centres around a lake which is popular with anglers. There’s also a restaurant at the top of the park and at the far end there’s crown green bowling and even a table tennis table!
It’s very popular with runners and dog walkers; the perfect place go spends lazy few hours."
