Sunday long run 21 miles. This run was sorely needed, got to get those miles in for the Dava way 50k coming up soon. Ribs are nearly fully recovered, at least I think they are. This injury has been a nightmare for my training, both running and martial arts. Certainly not doing myself any favours training Jiu jitsu 3 days a week while trying to recover but hey, needs must 😆 #longrun #distancerunner...
