"This place is really a hidden little gem of Twickenham, it’s laidback yet vibrant. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and is all walking distance.
It’s so well separated but also connected between with the high street and River Thames. It’s a great walking ground and has lots to places for you to relax, and explore. There’s a large chess board by a restaurant which is open to the public (though it is now very old)"

"Clean, well maintained playground and separate sandpit alongside entertainment area. Public toilets with baby changing alongside the cafe"
Ian Jenkinson
"Former swimming pool footprint the quirky landscaping inspiration for this raised small garden and cafe aside the Thames overlooking Eel Pie Island.
Well maintained with bedding and plants, a toddlers sandpit beside the diving board remnant and a boules area under shady trees.
Admittedly not much here and lacking a playground but quite distinctive and atmospheric."
