"Really nice area, there's a cafe and four hour parking over the bridge side, we did the river walk on the opposite side to Ludford, it only takes 15 minutes but is really nice.

It's a lovely area for a picnicking, if you head up the steps into the woods there's some excellent viewing points, you can see far and wide, and the castle looks great from up there."
