Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the Djanogly Gallery for its diverse and engaging exhibitions, from historical artifacts to contemporary art, often noting the free entry for many displays. The friendly staff and pleasant cafe add to the positive experience. However, some have found specific talks to be less informative than expected, and parking can be a challenge.

"One of my favourite places to come for relaxation, a great place to be in the outdoors, on a nice day. It has a lovely cafe , and mostly has arts/ historical exhibits, and lectures and activities for the kids in the summer."

LJ

"Nice artwork and I've been to this place a bunch, so I was exited to see the talk by Neil Walker on the 10th of July, however he didn't seem very educated on this exhibition at all. Overall I felt it was a very sloppy explanation leaving out what I felt where key features and causes of the art. Neil Walker did not do the basic research before his talk (in my opinion of course, but I did find more information from the plaques on the wall than his talk). I appreciate this Material Worlds talk was advertised as a " different perspective" however I don't think Neil was informed enough to give an original perspective. I will be back to see the exhibition again and read all the information which I'm sure will leave me much better informed and inspired."
