"Visited for the tour which was led by Allan who done an amazing job in explaining the history of the castle. Bonus points for his friendliness and wide array of knowledge! We were walked through the interior of the castle, and even got to visit the top to see all the great views beyond. Very friendly staff and customer service in the visitor centre too. Great little museum in the visitor centre as well and many souvenirs available. More than worth a visit!"

"Old preserved castle on top of a small hill that has great views across all sides of the surrounding area. Staff were very knowledgeable and our guide gave a great historical picture of the castle through the ages. Car park is small but there are places on the street nearby.
