You can see the ruins of the castle from far away.. walking over the wooden bridge, along the path you soon see the size and architecture of these lovely old ruins... Well worth the climb and sometimes tricky walk for the sea views... We took the easier walk back into Port Patrick , down the path between two tall rock faces,under the wooden bridge..."
