Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise the Falls of Dochart as a beautiful and powerful natural spectacle, especially when the river is in full flow after rain. The charming village of Killin adds to the appeal, offering a pleasant atmosphere with cafes and shops. While parking can be a challenge, the scenic beauty and the iconic stone bridge make it a worthwhile stop for most.

"Beautiful waterfall! The river was racing and it was raining when we were there, not allowing us to down to the rocks but we were still able to get great pictures and enjoy the town for a quick minute."

Christi Clayton

"It a nice but strong waterfall. The water flow is strong during rainy days. It’s on the side of the road when you approach the town of Killin. It is just before the single carriageway bridge. There is no designated parking. You can park on the side of the road where there are no double yellow lines. There is a space for 2-3 cars parking just before the bridge."

Nebu Mathews

"Worth a short stop if you're passing but don't go out of you're way. The surrounding village doesn't have much to offer but you could maybe time it so you stop for lunch and a short walk to view the falls (more like 'rapids' than 'Falls'). Best viewed from the road bridge but no footpath so be aware of traffic flow. Better after heavy rainfall obviously!"
