What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Falmouth Harbour for its stunning natural beauty, vibrant yachting scene, and rich historical significance. The helpfulness of local staff and the picturesque views, especially at sunset, are frequently highlighted. Some find parking limited during peak times, and the cost of activities can add up, but overall, the experience is overwhelmingly positive.
"It was unusual to get alongside in a cruise ship at Falmouth, so this was a real treat. Port facilities were excellent - flat, safe, toilets, well signposted, and there was a small shuttle bus running to the bottom of the High Street. It's easy enough to walk though if preferred. Met on arrival and at the shuttle bus stop, by members of the Falmouth Cruise Ship Ambassadors, who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A great service of which Falmouth should be proud. Thank you."

"Picturesque harbour will lovely views. Parking possible on the quay itself but I think would be snapped up quickly during the summer months. Lots of seating around the harbour with some harbour side public houses where you could sit outside with drinks / food
Close to the older town and the shops"
