"Been here twice now and I have to say it’s beyond beautiful! Walk from fisherman’s walk down the cliff side onto the beach is stunning! Going back the weekend to stay for longer. Beach was clean people are friendly. Me and my partner walked from here i to Bournemouth town, we found some beautiful gardens (china gardens) so lovely. Would definitely recommend coming here! "Wonderful all-year round, home to Cafe Riva and the shortest funicular railway in the UK (!) - Fisherman’s Walk Beach is stunning. Beautiful, award-winning sandy beaches form part of the seven-mile stretch from Sandbanks in the west to Hengistbury Head in the east, with Fisherman’s being easily accessible from Southbourne Grove (a ten minute stroll through Fisherman’s Walk itself), as well as Pokesdown and Boscombe. Plenty of cliff walks, zig-zag paths to the beach, dog-friendly (although dogs need to be kept off the beach at this point from May 1st through to September 30th)."

"Best beach around. So much nicer than Boscombe, Bournemouth and further West - especially during the summer. Obviously gets busy during hotter months but by far the safest, nicest area to enjoy the beach for families - avoiding tourists and rowdy evening crowds you find closer to Bmouth!"
