Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise Florence Court for its beautiful house, engaging tours, and stunning gardens. The knowledgeable guides are a standout feature, bringing the history to life with enthusiasm and humor. While the house's accessibility can be a concern for some, the overall experience is highly recommended for its historical charm and natural beauty.

"We visited Florence Court with a friend from NI. We’d never been. The house tour was very interesting. Louise, our guide, did a wonderful job. The house is beautiful but we found the servants’ areas particularly interesting. We walked through the woods to the walled garden; beautiful. A very enjoyable visit."

"I love this property! So beautiful. This was my second visit this year. The tour guide was a lot of fun on our tour. She’s been doing this for 4/5 years but she wowed us from the first 5 mins with her wider knowledge. Out of all the houses in NI, she’s been the best. The house isn’t suitable for less able bodied due to the basement and upstairs. The cafe is lovely. A real haven. Even since the time I was there earlier this year, the bookshop had moved. The gardens are fantastic. The smells of the herbs, the apple trees and flowers. Beautiful. This is my favourite house in NI. Car parking was fine. Toilets were clean and spacious."

The Travelling Camera

"Nice place for a walk or see some local history and culture. We had tea/coffee and a sandwich and cakes, also very nice. The walled garden is also worth walking around, it takes you back in time to seemingly another world."
