"This is such a beautiful place. An absolute hidden treasure. The field centre had a wealth of information and you can purchase snacks and water. Parking £3, maps £1 and came in very handy for not getting lost. There are 3 different trails that you can choose from, a short, medium and long. We chose the medium trial but will definitely be back to do the long trail.
This is a must visit especially if you have young children."

Fantastic place for walks. You can choose one trail or go for all of them depending on you. It's worth paying £1 for a leaflet with map of the site.
Lots of birds, insects and plants.
I liked looking for mushrooms carved in remnants of trees. Dogs on leads, children supervised and peace of mind guaranteed.
Take your time and make most of the reserve. Ticket for parking for whole day is £4. Definitely worth paying!
Not many parking spaces so not overcrowded.
