Visitors rave about Freshwater West's stunning natural beauty and expansive sandy shores, making it a top choice for beach lovers and surfers. The unique tribute to Dobby from Harry Potter adds a magical element for fans. "What a beautiful beach! We have just recently visited and the kids loved the beach. We parked at the carpark which was free but I advise getting there early as the road and car park fill up with surfers and people enjoying the beach. From 10am the lifeguards are on duty and allocate safe places to swim. The sand is endless just check tide times! There is also a coffee van in the car park that sells drinks and some snacks. My daughter loved the lux hot chocolate. There is a toilet nearby but very basic but does the job! As avid Harry Potter fans we had to visit Dobby's fictional grave from the movie which had a range of decorated stones and socks! A wonderful day out!!!"

"Amazing beach, but on the day we went the bulk of the beach was sectioned off for safety reasons ( completely acceptable of course) by the on duty life guards, so everyone was being hearded into a small area, so we left and went to Angle beach, where no such issues. It is beautiful there, just , on the day poor for swimming...hence it doesn't get 5*"

"Beautiful beach we could access with the dogs. Some surfer enjoying the waves. For Harry Potter fans, you can also see Dobby's grave (please be respectful of the nature there)"
