"Wouldn’t even rate one star - possibly the worst landlord I’ve dealt with. We had black mould throughout our whole apartment and were told it’s nothing until they stripped our floorboards and left them there.
The staff are ridiculous and so unorganised. I fear Gavin and Katherine would struggle at a McDonald’s.
If you want to keep your sanity, I suggest you don’t rent here. Like seriously, even I read bad reviews and thought it doesn’t matter. IT DOES.
For context pictures provided are the level of damage there was underneath our floorboards after 10 months of complaining, and how they left our flat for 3 months after pulling up said floorboards. This was only a small part of the extent of damage, and to sum up the last year in a series of images would be impossible."
