Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise Grossi Fine Art London for its exceptional customer service, knowledgeable staff like Caleb and Jenny, and the beautiful, artful presentation of its artisanal fragrances and home scents. While most experiences are highly positive, a few reviews mention isolated incidents of unprofessional behavior from specific staff members, though these seem to be exceptions rather than the norm. The store's immersive atmosphere and curated selection make it a standout destination for scent lovers. Reddit+3

"Yesterday (13/12/2025) I visited the Diptyque store near Green Park / Bond Street and had a very disappointing experience due to the behaviour of a sales assistant.

The sales assistant (an older lady who was working on the ground floor, unfortunately I do not know her name) behaved in a very unprofessional manner. When I explained that I was looking for fruity or floral fragrances, I mistakenly said “jasmine” when asked about fruit, as I was thinking of floral notes. Instead of guiding me politely, she laughed loudly in front of other customers and mocked my response, which made me feel embarrassed and disrespected.

When I asked whether I could go upstairs to browse, she told me that there were only home décor items upstairs and that there were no perfumes. However, when I later went upstairs, there were in fact perfumes available. This felt misleading and gave the impression that she was trying to push a sale rather than allow me to explore the store freely.

Later, while I briefly stepped outside due to an internet/payment issue, the same staff member approached me again in a rude and pressuring manner, insisting that my payment had already been logged and that I needed to return immediately to pay. As a customer, I should be able to take my time and decide whether or not to make a purchase without feeling forced.

Although I did end up buying a perfume, the overall experience was distressing and far below the standard I would expect from a luxury brand like Diptyque. Courtesy, honesty, and respectful customer service should be basic expectations."

"I've been a fan of diptyque for a long time and this store showcases the perfect unison of art, interior design, history and fragrances to an effortless degree alongside the best service especially by Mahira and Caleb who I look forward to meeting each time.
The masterclasses are great introductions to the brand and really worth the price with a redeemable amount alongside extra goodies. Don't miss out on one of the most beautiful stores in all of London !!"

"I’m a very big fan of the brand but I had a horrible experience with one of the team members at this specific brunch that left me really upset but today I went back ( a little scared actually) to try the body oil and I was greeted by the loveliest new assistant manager who was the absolute sweetest and made me love this brunch again. I will definitely be back to buy all my Christmas gifts from her. Please ask for Jenny when you go she’s soo knowledgeable and showed me the whole shop which is a unique experience in itself."
