What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Old Bridge Hebden Bridge for its delicious, beautifully presented seasonal British food and its charming, historic atmosphere. The dog-friendly patio and attentive staff are frequently highlighted as positives, though some note the pub can get quite loud during peak times. Overall, it's a highly recommended spot for a satisfying meal in Hebden Bridge.
"Went here twice near Christmas, the first time for a work do where we had their set menu (£30 per person) and then again to treat myself for my birthday. Both times the service was amazing, I hadn't booked the second time around and the servers were very helpful in checking if there was anywhere available upstairs for seating me to use (there was). The food here is INCREDIBLE and the interior of the building is beautiful, the only reason I've put 4 stars for the atmosphere is due to how loud it can get in their, due to it being a pub with an open stairwell space, meaning noise from the bar patrons can travel directly upstairs. Other than that the atmosphere is really amazing. I'll definitely be going back again, just for that panini with the red pesto alone! yum!"

"We are here twice in our long weekend. Fabulous food, place and most of all great staff. With it's location it would make a fortune being mediocre but everything was top. The Sunday roast and the special game pudding we're particular highlights."

"November 2025: good range of food and drinks; great service from the staff and a good atmosphere here. Dog friendly in the bar area."
