"We visiting on a warm Saturday morning, arriving at 10am it was already quite busy. There are lots of play and activity areas for children in the grounds near the car park.. The gardens were simply stunning, so very well kept. The house itself literally takes you back in time! Utterly gorgeous painted ceilings and walls, and beautifully preserved furniture. The cafรฉ was reasonably priced, and don't forget to look for the second hand book shop in the converted stables."

"Interesting house which is free flow. Gardens and park land are well kept and make for an enjoyable ramble. We did miss some of the orange markers due to chatting the day away, so ended up doing a much longer but very enjoyable 7 mile circular walk. Would highly recommend a visit!"

"I love National trust properties they are always beautiful and overflowing with history ,as always the staff were kind ,helpful and lovely . A lovely place to visit ,lots to see and enjoy , some beautiful walks . As always well worth a visit Hanbury hall will not disappoint it's visitors . We happened to visit the day they had their now annual Lotus classic car meeting which was a bonus ,beautiful cars in an idyllic setting"
