"Took our son to see Santa yesterday and 5 isn't enough stars, if I could give more I would. This santa visit is unlike any other visit we've had before. You get a one on one interactive experience with him and his elf. The Santa is amazing, like a Santa in a movie, both in looks and in character. The elf working with Santa is equally as great. They were brilliant with our son! I couldn't stop looking at my sons face, he was in awe. The room you visit him in is also beautifully decorated. I can't recommend choosing here enough for your child's santa visit. The staff and I think she was the manager that were working in the cafe part were so lovely. The manager was so welcoming and kind. The kids get a large goodie bag from Santa after they meet him & a voucher for a special elf hot chocolate. Big shout out & thanks to the team at Hans & Gretel for creating such an amazing experience for the kids 😊❤️"
