What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Harcourt Arboretum is widely praised as a 'masterpiece of nature' and a 'gem' offering a peaceful escape with its majestic trees and charming peacocks. Visitors appreciate the seasonal beauty, from spring blooms to vibrant autumn colors, and the convenience of free parking. Some note the limited cafe hours and desire for combined tickets with the city's Botanic Gardens.
"I went with my family on a sunny Sunday to this location. The free parking is very convenient and with lots of shade. We paid £7.20p for adults and it's free for children. At the entrance you can also buy some drinks and sweets. We were impressed by the very tall and very thick trees. There are many species of flowers and with a particularly beautiful flowering. But what we liked most was the peacocks that walked freely among the trees and were very friendly to people. We spent a pleasant weekend day."
