"The area does suffer from littering, this isn't helped by the low amount of bins in the area. However it's nice to be able to get away from busy roads/streets and go for a walk. Would be a huge shame if the council do decide to open up the bus lane near to here to normal traffic as this will spoil a quiet area and wildlife. I'm always walking past here and do see many different animals amongst the long grasses and trees."

"Nice place to walk around near the river. A few benches and some sculptures. Very pleasant and quiet in places. Cycle path parrellel to River Ouse. Access to South Lynn and town. Nearest official parking near Boal Quay. Suitable for dog walkers."
